Rev. Mark Adams

Rev. Mark Adams

Hello! Please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Mark Adams and it is a great privilege to be the next Rector of St Margaret's.

I am originally from Devon but have moved around the country at lot since then. For most of the past twenty years I have been in ministry in Nottinghamshire

and am currently serving as a member of the Scargill Community in North Yorkshire. I have two adult children, Mike is married to Fiona and Zac is at University in Chichester.

I am also a founding trustee of Streetlight, which supports work with street children in the Philippines.

I enjoy drinking coffee and talking to people but best not to ask me about Formula 1 as apparently I can go on a bit about it.

I have loved ministering in a variety of different contexts from urban to rural and am excited by the opportunities for the gospel

that will come as we journey together.
